Great location, friendly staff, reasonable price. Cleverly arranged tiny bathroom. Convenient early check-in, central location. Nice breakfast room, spotlessly clean ensuite.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Not expensive hotel, with shower and bed
We came after 23-00, it was difficult to find entrance to the hotel. The hotel was in building with other apartments / offices. Reception and rooms located at the second floor, it was a little unusual. The label of the hotel is little too small to spot it.

You get too little and pay too much. Room standard is low, cleaning of the room is unprofessionally. The price should be a lot lower. This is no budget hotel.

Great central location with easy access to attractions and transportation. The breakfast included had a good variety of options and the staff were very friendly and helpful making me feel welcome.
The room was smaller than expected, with cramped bathroom facilities and an uncomfortable bed. Noise was also a factor at times due to the location in the city center.

Location is within walking distance to various amenities eg transport, shops & eateries. The interior is tastefully done. It has a cosy & homely feel.
It will be good if the mattress is firmer for better comfort.

We loved this hotel for its central location near the train station and everything we needed in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel, including our room and its ensuite, was perfect. It was also very convenient to have access to hotel facilities such as free coffee, tea, and fruit, as well as plates and cutlery for take-away dinners. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome.
Can't think of anything!

The hotel is value for your money, staff is very kind. you get in and out the hotel anytime. no noise and its very quite inside
The fact that i can book and cancel if i need to cancel, that what i like most because you never know what happens tomorrow but unlike other hotel if you cancel there is know refund. also even though im not smoking some guests feel discriminated if you make the whole hotel no smoking area......although i booked from Filipstad..... basically i was on holiday from Botswana in Africa

It's also very central, making it easy to explore the city. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. I appreciated having a fridge and minibar in the room, as well as friendly and welcoming staff. the breakfast was simple but satisfying, and overall the service was good.
The bathroom was quite small in size, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the hotel's central location which was in close proximity to shopping centers and restaurants. the welcoming and helpful staff was a delight to experience. I found the breakfast satisfactory and enjoyed the mini-fridge provided in my room.
The parking which was quite expensive and a distance from the hotel. the noise level on the busy street could be disruptive at times.
